Build a criminal empire in Prohibition-era Chicago by recruiting gangsters, taking over rackets and negotiating with rival bosses. This strategy game combines neighbourhood management, diplomacy and turn-based tactical combat, with different crime leaders offering unique bonuses, ambitions and approaches to controlling the city. Every scenario presents opportunities to experiment with positioning, timing and the strengths of different units or characters. The measured pace makes victories especially satisfying, while varied objectives and progression systems keep the experience engaging across both short tactical encounters and longer campaigns.
