Product description
God of War: Ascension is a prequel that explores Kratos before the events of the original trilogy. Bound by a broken oath and hunted by the Furies, he fights through enormous mythological environments using the Blades of Chaos, captured weapons and elemental powers. Cinematic set pieces, brutal combat and environmental puzzles retain the series' familiar spectacle while showing a more human side of its protagonist. The game also introduced competitive multiplayer to God of War, making Ascension a distinctive final PS3 chapter in the Greek saga.
