Shipping & returns

We ship within Australia using secure delivery services. Available delivery methods and the final shipping cost are shown at checkout.

Local pickup and product support are available from Retro Gamers Vault at Unit 6, 16-30 Argyle Street, Camden NSW 2570. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before collecting it.

Eligible electronic devices include a 30-day Retro Gamers Vault warranty. Repair and modification services include a 90-day workmanship warranty where applicable. Cards and statues do not include an additional store warranty.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law continue to apply. Contact our team with your order number if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
